I remember as a child the original Rhyl Library was in the town hall opposite the police station. Was a great place to go and spend some time and marvel at all the books.
I remember reading on an old Rhyl forum that the library was funded by Andrew Carnegie who was one of the richest Americans ever and gave away 90% of his fortune to charities, foundations and Universities.
