I can still remember when Charles and Di visited Rhyl back in the 80s. It was absolutely heaving with people everywhere.
MY Mum and Sister went to wait outside Woolworths in Rhyl to see them. At a very young age i didn’t believe in the Royal family so whilst everyone was waiting to see Charles and Di, i just went in to Woolies and played Frogger on the Atari 2600 they had for show.
Of course, because i refused to go outside and wait with the masses i recived the obligatory clip round the earhole!
My mum and sister enjoyed the parade though and me ‘Frogger’ 🙂
